Quality Policy

It has been and will be the consistent endeavor of Dr.Ben Eye Care Centre to provide Quality Eye Care with Personal Touch to all our patients for achieving total satisfaction.
We believe in and strive for the involvement of every member of our hospital to comply with requirements & continually improve the effectiveness for our quality management system. This quality policy provides a framework for establishing & reviewing quality objectives.
Provide comprehensive care by integrating information technology effectively that would facilitate providing quality care at the doorsteps of the rural population.
Collaborate with the community and promote eye health education and create awareness proactively.
Change the health seeking behaviour of the community and thereby slowly move away from camps to a sustainable centre based approach.
Vision centres are small, permanent facilities set up to extend eye care service delivery to remote and rural communities, with the objective of increasing the uptake of comprehensive primary eye care. Dr. Ben eye care Centres offer innovative internet-based information technology (IT) that allows patients in rural areas to be remotely diagnosed by ophthalmologists at the base hospital. Via high-speed wireless video-conferencing, doctors can consult with hundreds of rural patients per day, providing high quality eye care while eliminating the need for patients to travel to hospital (unless more advanced treatment is needed).
The Hospital's equipment is second to none in the region making it the ideal choice for the patients with complex conditions. The technological advancement and computerized facilities help in achieving proper and complete eye checkup, thus reducing the occurrence of eye problems in the future. Dr.Ben Eye Care Centre has been pioneers in bringing up the advanced technology in tier-2 & tier-3 cities so that people don't have to move to bigger cities.
